The Boluda Corporación Marítima division has been awarded the contract for the bulk supply of marine fuels and lubricants over the next ten years.

Boluda Tankers will once again be operating in the Port of Huelva after being awarded the contract to provide the bunkering service for the port in February. The Boluda Corporación Marítima division, responsible for supplying fuel and lubricant in bulk to vessels directly from a tanker, will return to operating in Huelva port, after a three year absence, the objective being to establish the company’s bunkering service on a national basis.

The service will be provided by Spabunker Sesenta, the supply tanker with a 3,000 ton capacity built in 2008 by Boluda Shipyards in Valencia.

Boluda Tankers are currently based in the ports of Barcelona, Valencia, Algeciras, Gibraltar, Huelva, Santa Cruz, in Tenerife and Las Palmas, in Gran Canaria with a fleet of eleven supply tankers, all twin-hulled and all equipped with the most advanced technology enabling the operations to be carried out more efficiently, with improved safety levels and greater respect for the environment.
