Boluda Corporación Marítima has its origin in 1837, when Naviera Fos was founded, a shipping company that used to operate in the Mediterranean ports. In 1920, Vicente Boluda Marí founded a tugboat company, operating in the Valencian port.
In the 1980s, Vicente Boluda Fos took over the company, opting for the internationalization and diversification of the firms activities, to grow and convert it into what it is today: one of the leading companies in global maritime services that is represented throughout Europe, the western coast of Africa, Cape Verde, the Indian Ocean and Latin America.
Boluda Corporación Marítima is organised into 2 strategic divisions: Boluda Towage (towing service), and Boluda Shipping (sea/land transport and port logistics).
