The exercise involved 134 employees, with participation from the Valencia Port Authority emergency coordination centre

Boluda Corporación Marítima successfully carried out an evacuation drill yesterday in the company’s facilities located in the port of Valencia, involving staff and executives working in the Boluda building, as well as employees in the workshops, warehouse and the road transport base.

The evacuation drill involved a total of 134 employees who used the allocated exit points in each building in response to the alarm sounded in case of emergency.

This safety drill was carried out under the guidelines included in the company’s Safety and Emergency Plan, which allocates 27 people responsible for ensuring that the Boluda Corporación Marítima facilities in the port of Valencia maintain all security controls in perfect condition.

With the participation of the Valencia Port Authority emergency coordination centre, the drill involved 16 people from the emergency team.

Boluda Corporación Marítima employees congregated in the gardens outside the Boluda building after the evacuation drill, which was carried out successfully.
