The president of the port authority of Las Palmas, Javier Sanchez Simon, and the president of tugboats of Boluda Corporacion Maritima, Juan Gonzalez, have signed the manual of quality of towage services in the ports of Las Palmas.
This way, the port authority of Las Palmas keep introducing, in his organization as well as in the ensemble of the services it gives, actions that indicate the improvement of the quality and the attention to the customer.
The named manual of services contemplated the rules of quality of service of towage with whom Boluda Corporacion Maritima get engaged to realise its activity. The observance of this rules is what allowed Boluda Corporacion Maritima to lead this sector, with which it started its activity.
