Under the slogan “no child in the Marítimo without the joy of receiving a Christmas present”, the association has distributed illusions and smiles among the little ones.
Aportem – Puerto Solidario Valencia, as it does every year, has been involved in its latest Christmas solidarity campaign. Under the slogan “no child in the Marítimo without the joy of receiving a present for Christmas”, the association managed to ensure that more than 500 children received a special Christmas gift on the 20th and 22nd of December.
In addition to the Aportem Actions Committee, many volunteers collaborated in this special gift distribution. Boluda Corporación Marítima, as a founding member of Aportem, has once again participated actively in this solidarity initiative by purchasing toys and gifts for the little ones. The distribution of gifts took place in four schools around the Port of Valencia: Les Arenes, Nuestra Señora del Carmen, Santiago Apostol and Ausiach March.
Aportem, which celebrated its tenth anniversary this year, is an association declared to be of public utility, totally private, made up of associations, institutions, companies and individuals linked to the port sector and the Maritime District of Valencia. Its activities are mainly focused on the area around the Port of Valencia, with special attention to environmental care and children at risk of social exclusion.
