The shipping company Boluda Lines donated different container units to provide extra challenges in the sporting event
Boluda Corporación Marítima has once again collaborated in the Civic-Military CrossFast held in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, donating various container units to provide extra challenges to the strength and endurance sports training techniques.
The 5th edition of the sporting challenge, organized on 7 October by the Santa Cruz de Tenerife city council and the “Tenerife 49” Infantry Regiment, transformed Los Llanos docks into an assault course. This sporting event “could not go ahead without the admirable support of Boluda Corporación Marítima”, commented Infantry Regiment Tenerife 49 colonel Juan Luis Castells.
As part of their corporate social responsibility program, Boluda Corporación Marítima supports this type of event as an initiative to back sports, cultural and social events organized in Spain. In this case, containers donated by the international transport and goods management division Boluda Lines served as part of a diverse collection of climbing obstacles set up around the Canary Islands port.
The 5th Civic-Military CrossFast of Tenerife, which aims to bring citizens into closer contact with the army, used mainly military equipment and Boluda Lines containers for the climbing test. The competition was organized into teams of three including at least one female member per team. Club Arion Brothers were the winning team.
