The freight forwarders’ initiative forms part of Humanitarian Transport, the company’s solidarity program
This year Boluda Cargo Int’l, Boluda Corporación Marítima’s logistics services division, has launched a specific social collaboration plan called “euro solidario”, as part of the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility strategy.
According to director of Boluda Cargo Int’l Eva Garcia Bosch, the premise is to donate one euro for social purposes from each transportation container, from any origin to any destination, by sea, air or land. “This freight forwarder initiative involves customers indirectly in solidarity action through payment for services contracted”.
The money raised each quarter from the “euro solidario” initiative will be donated by the freight forwarders Boluda Cargo Int’l to a social project, in line with Boluda Corporación Marítima’s yearly collaboration with its Humanitarian Transport program, part of the Corporate Social Responsibility strategy. Money will also be donated to the company’s other collaborating entities, such as Aportem Puerto Solidario Valencia.
Boluda Cargo Int’l offers a comprehensive range of logistics services, such as international maritime transport and coastal container shipping, air and land transportation, warehousing and distribution, special cargo projects (Project Cargo), customs clearance and international trade and insurance consulting services, from any origin to any destination.
