Boluda Corporación Marítima has collaborated by donating containers to a classic on the Valencian events calendar, the traditional Pas Ras al Port de València race, in which around 2,600 people recently took part.

Organized by the Poblats Marítims Sports Club, this is the 29th Pas Ras al Port de València run, in which the participants ran a 10k circuit, setting off from the Avenida Ingeniero Manuel Soto and following the Marina Real Juan Carlos I and the seafront promenade of Valencia.

Boluda Corporación Marítima supports this type of event as part of their corporate social responsibility program, an initiative to back sports, cultural and social events organized in Spain. On this occasion, the Boluda Lines Division containers were used as logistical support for the event organizers, to store the material needed for the race.

Victory in this fast-moving race went to Hassane Ahouchar, who crossed the finish line with a time of 29:40. Behind him, Luis Agustin Escriche from Mediterránea and Mohammed Mohattane from Serrano Athletics Club came second and third in the race.

In the women’s category, the winner was Fatima Ayachi, also from Serrano Athletics Club, who finished the race in 35:13, ahead of Isabel Checa from Silla Athletics Club, who crossed the finish line in 36:09. Patricia Montalvo from Massamagrell Athletics Club came in third.
