As part of its fleet expansion and renewal policy, Boluda Towage and Salvage, Boluda Corporación Marítima’s harbour and offshore towage and maritime rescue division has added two more tugs to its fleet in Spain.
The “VB Maestro” and “VB Muletón” are sister ASD (Azimutal Stern Drive) type tugs, 30.70m long, with 10.80m beam, and 5.60m depth, powered by 5,032 hp with a bollard pull of 60 metric tons. They are equipped with the latest technology including state-of-the-art firefighting and marine pollution control systems. They will provide towing services in port and high sea and escort services.
