It guarantee the express transport of high sensitive charges
Boluda Lines, the división of Transport of Boluda Corporación Marítima, has launched a new maritime direct line who will connect Alicant with Tenerife and Las Palmas, with a transit time of 2 days.
The new service, of weekly frequency, will start the next 25th and will opérate on Fridays in Alicant and on Mondays in Canary Islands, completing the already existing service MED, that covers the route between Barcelona, Valencia and Canary Islands.
Alfonso Serrat, manager of Boluda Lines affirms that :”This new route responds to the incipient demand of our customers, that require a service with a minor time of transit possible for all this merchandises who precise an immediate delivery, as for the characteristics of the charges or for the specifics needs of itself”.
The line will be covered by the boas “Wega”, quick container vessel who can developp a speed of 19,5 knots, of 152 meters long, 20 large and a capacity of 749 Teus. It has fridge connections for 102 containers refeers of 40 feet and can transport every kind of containers of 20,40,45 feet high cube pallet wide.
The oppening of this new line accelerated sensibly the traffics of Mediterranee and its connections with Italie, Canary Islands and west Africa and consolidate the service of the shipping company is giving with its 13 commercial lines, 10 vessels and a total capacity in the hold of 250 000 teus” declared Alfonso Serrat.
