Valencia – Boluda Corporación Marítima has presented its Statement of Substainibility, where it is expressed its vocation of substaining company and its compromise with the Ten Principles of the World Pact of the United Nations, of which it is a signatory since 2011.
In this report Boluda Corporación Marítima underlines the following milestone :
- The consolidation of its solidarian Project “Humanitarian Transport” through which it sents for free on board of its boats, material of first needs to countries of the third world and with humanitarian crisis.
- The big stability of its staff where the low rotation in the differents área of posts of work is focused.
- The maxium bet for its personal, dedicatinG 16000 h/year to the training, that supposes an increase of 62,5%.
- Its vocation for the respecte of environnement, that have allowed the Company neither to register any spill nor to get any penalty.
For Boluda Corporación Marítima the substainibility is part of its business strategy and supposes to go further than the single compliance of the law, contributing actively in the progress of the work conditions of its employees, of the local community and mainly of the company, contributing in making possible the welfare of the present generation with the futures generations.
