Boluda Lines, shipping division of Boluda Corporación Marítima, has donated a container to Parochial Caritas of San Jaime Apostol of Moncada, Valencia.
This humanitarian organization is attending in those moments to more than 100 families of the valencian city, where, to help collectives in difficulties, they have a company store with products of first needs at 50% of their value, a supportive shop with clothes, furniture and elements for the house at a symbolic price and they develop workshops where to teach cooking, computing sewing, etc. They also cultivate a vegetable garden to supply with products the company store, and it is where the container, that will have functions of storage for the tools and the supplies for the cultivation of the field, will be installed.
Boluda Corporación Marítima has a supportive program “Humanitarian Transport” that orchestrates this type of actions, giving also its boats for the free transport of goods of first need to countries in way of improvement or with humanitarian crisis.
Boluda Lines offers a total of 7 lines, where it operates weekly, with containerized, road and project cargo connecting the peninsula with Italy, Canary Islands, Dakar in Senegal, Nouadhibou, Nouakchott in Mauritania, Agadir in Morroco and Mindelo in Cape Verde.
