Boluda completes its €20 million investment in the La Luz Terminal

The Midatlantic Terminal has the most advanced infrastructure and is already fully operational.

The port of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria thus consolidates its position as a strategic hub for shipping traffic between the African continent and the Iberian Peninsula.

Boluda Terminales Marítimas, a division of Boluda Corporación Marítima, today officially inaugurated the new La Luz Terminal, Midatlantic, in the port of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, thus completing one of the Canary Islands’ most significant harbour expansion projects. The harbour extension works, which started in 2005 and bring the total area to 120.000 m², involved an investment of €20 million. Continue reading
