The Chairman of Boluda Corporación Marítima has been recognized for his contribution to the city’s economic and business development.
Mr. Vicente Boluda Fos, Chairman of Boluda Corporación Marítima, received the ‘Apuesta por Sevilla’ award, granted by the Seville Chamber of Commerce in recognition of his contribution to the city’s economic and business development.
The award ceremony took place on June 11 at the Cartuja Center Cite, the 13th edition of the Night of the Economy and Business, one of the leading gatherings of Seville’s business community. This year’s edition was particularly special as it coincided with the 140th anniversary of the Seville Chamber of Commerce.
The event brought together nearly 400 attendees, including institutional representatives, business leaders and authorities, and featured the participation of Rocío Blanco, Regional Minister for Employment, Enterprise and Self-Employment; Álvaro Pimentel, Deputy Mayor of Seville; and Francisco Herrero, President of the Seville Chamber of Commerce, among others.
The ‘Apuesta por Sevilla’ award recognizes organizations and professionals whose activity makes a significant contribution to boosting the economy, creating jobs and strengthening the city’s positioning.
With this award, the Seville Chamber of Commerce highlights the career of Vicente Boluda Fos and his role in the development of the maritime and logistics sector, which is key to competitiveness and international presence.
