The 1st National Congress of the Port Sector began today in Valencia, bringing together the main stakeholders of the maritime-port community to address the present and future challenges of the industry. Boluda is taking part in this first edition as one of the main sponsors, reaffirming its commitment to the development, innovation, and sustainability of the Spanish port system.

The congress, held over two days, has been conceived as a space for strategic reflection and exchange between public administrations, companies, and sectoral organizations, with the aim of boosting the competitiveness and transformation of the industry.

Institutional participation of Boluda Corporación Marítima

As part of the program, Vicente Boluda Fos, president of Boluda Corporación Marítima, will speak tomorrow at the round table “Global maritime transport: current situation and challenges”, in his capacity as president of the Spanish Shipowners’ Association (ANAVE). The session will be moderated by Gustavo Santana Hernández, president of Puertos del Estado.

Likewise, Antonio Bordils, CEO of Boluda Corporación Marítima, will take part in the panel “Port service providers facing new challenges”, where he will share the Group’s perspective on the emerging needs of the sector and the strategic priorities for the coming years.
