The Spanish towing employers’ association recognizes the personal and professional merits of the person who has held the ANARE presidency for the last 27 years.

The president of Boluda Maritime Corporation, Vicente Boluda Fos, received in Madrid the Grand Cross of Towing and Maritime Rescue of the National Association of Tugboats of Spain (ANARE), in recognition of his personal and professional merits.

Vicente Boluda Fos has chaired the employers’ association of ship owners in Spain for the last 27 years, until 21 June 2021. Currently, he is also president of the National Association of Spanish Ship owners (ANAVE), president of the Valencian Association of Employers (AVE) and the Valencian Shipping Association (ANV), among other positions.

The proposal, presented by the new president of ANARE, Vicente Boluda Ceballos, was approved by the General Meeting.

The event was attended by the president of the State Ports, Francisco Toledo; the general director of the Merchant Marine, Benito Núñez; the general director of ANARE, Ángel Mato, as well as his two sons, Vicente and Ignacio Boluda Ceballos, and members of the Board of Directors.

The award consisted of a diploma and a case containing the Grand Cross of ANARE, with the sash and insignia.
ANARE is a body chaired by Vicente Boluda Ceballos since the past July 21st, Vice President of Boluda Maritime Corporation and Executive Vice President of Boluda Towage, the Company’s international towing division. It has 31 associates that include nearly 200 tugboats, all of them with Spanish flag and First Register.
