In october Boluda Corporación Marítima’s comprehensive transport and cargo management division Boluda Lines opens a commercial line with the Atlantic islands of the Republic of Cabo Verde.
The new shipping line consolidates Boluda Lines’ business growth path and drive towards new lines of international business.
This line will offer a regular fortnightly service between the ports of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Praia, Sal, Boavista and Mindelo. Boluda Lines will link Cape Verde, via the Canary Islands, with the ports of Northern Europe, the Iberian Peninsula, Italy and the west coast of Africa.
This new commercial transport line represents a significant boost to the economy for the Republic of Cabo Verde, providing international connections and opportunities for productive development.
With this expansion in services Boluda Lines now operates ten freight transport lines, with eight container ships and a large fleet of both dry and reefer containers.
