Boluda Lines, division of maritime transport of Boluda Corporación Marítima, has donated to the Red Cross of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, a 40 feet container repaired and painted to be used for the storage of goods of first-aid. The container is deposited in the outside area of the Red Cross facilities, that have the consideration of customs deposit, and contains those elements that are not susceptible to be stored in the inside shelves of its premises
Enshrined in the plan of Social Corporative Responsibility of Boluda Corporación Marítima –“Humanitarian Transport”, Boluda Lines, has been collaborating closely for a long time with different activities of the Red Cross, considering also, the free sending of this container with first-aid goods if there is a situation of disaster o a humanitarian crisis
This center of the Red Cross, is the fourth that Red Cross International has in the world, and its main area of coverage is the sub-Saharan África.
