Executive Chairman and sole shareholder of Boluda Corporación Marítima, PhD in law and specialized in maritime law. His influence extends to many areas of the cultural and business world as president of the Association of Spanish Shipowners, the Valencian Association of Businessmen and the Valencian Foundation for Advanced Studies.

His extensive professional career includes roles as legal advisor to the Ministry of Defense and president of Aguas de Valencia.
